Return and Refund Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which is used to follow up your return and refund case. No returns without RA number with be accepted. 

You may return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Due to the nature of the devices and for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any used products. So we highly recommend doing your research before purchasing a product.

All returns and cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee (minimum $25). This fee is to cover charges that vapeitpro.com pays including free shipping, restocking process and bank chargeback fees. Please note that the refund does not include the non-standard shipping fees buyer paid at the purchase time (such as expedited or overnight shipping costs). Returned items with broken seals or missing parts will incur to restocking and additional processing fees up to 50%. 

You should expect to receive your refund within one week from the time we receive your return from shipper however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request .

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process. We are not liable for lost or damaged items in transit so we highly recommend you to buy delivery confirmation or insurance for your package.
